The main incentives available to IT units are
Standard Investment Subsidy - 20% of the Fixed Capital Investment, subject to
upper limits.
Incentive for employment generation - Incentives on slab basis for providing a
pre-determined number of employment opportunities
Incentive for Quality Certification - one time payment of Rs. 5 lakhs for
quality certifications like CMM Level 5, for units with registered office in
Kerala.
